Villa Bluebird is located in the village of Ars en Ré, recognisable by its white steeple with a black tip and its marina where it is always good to live and walk for a morning passing through the market during summer with its stalls of fruits and vegetables, fresh fish and other artisanal products.

 

This contemporary villa, tastefully renovated, is located a few metres from the beach of Grignon Ars where vacationers can stop for lunch or dinner at the edge of the water in "The Brothers of the Coast". This villa offers sunshine all day with these various points of relaxation. Lunch in the garden under an olive tree, aperitif under the pines, reading on the terrace and refresh in the spa with its hot tubs.

 

Villa Bluebird has been designed to accommodate several families with independent areas. The main space offers a kitchen, a dining room, a living room with fireplace and a sleeping area including a master bedroom and a childs bedroom sharing a bathroom.

Two separate spaces, each with a bedroom and a bathroom, open onto the garden.

A sleeping area including a master bedroom and a baby room with bathroom and a shower room opens on one hand to the garden and to the swim spa.

The last part includes a bedroom with single beds with its bathroom overlooking the spa and swimming area.

 

The villa has a private tennis court which is located a few metres on foot, along the seaside.
